maschinenfest 2009 – already over, the wait is on for MF2010.
i did miss quite a few acts, mostly due to sleeping too long and then starting the day way too late with looking for closed down industrial areas (when in rome …), nevertheless i managed to take a few pictures: maschinenfest 2009
e-ground festival in stuttgart, this friday: dive, klangstabil, menschliche energie:
some pictures (klangstabil, dive) can be found over here: http://www.zero-distortion.de/_eground09/
yes, here we go again … still some time to go, but the Maschinenfest 2009 is now on.
Oct. 09 to Oct. 11, this year the location changed from Krefeld to Essen.
back from the depeche mode open air in munich. once again, a feast for eyes and ears. and M83 as opener was very enjoyable – add a nice summer evening, some friends.
stir, relax, enjoy.
NIN HD footage as torrent downloads. all the juicy details are here.
from the posting:
“There is about 405gb of HD footage available. It was recorded with multiple consumer HDV cameras during three shows: Victoria 12.05.08, Portland 12.07.08, and Sacramento 12.12.08.
This is raw, unedited, un-color-corrected HD footage.”
i haven’t seen it yet, i have no idea what it looks, sounds and feels like. i don’t know anything about video editing. but as soon as i’ve freed up some disk space, i’ll start the downloads and take a look. even if it’s only for some hardcore amateurish fiddling around.
and i can’t wait to see what other, more knowledgable people will do with this.
very, very cool.
Maschinenfest 2k8 has come and gone – and even with four days it’s been over way too soon. got a first batch of pictures online now, head over to www.zero-distortion.de for a look or take a look at the shoutbox at the MF website for more links.
another year, another Maschinenfest – 2008 is the 10-year-anniversary, four days instead of the usual three. this is going to be a treat – again. four days of noisy, industrial music. boy am i looking forward to it.
